At PKS Silks, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our online returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The saree must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Customized sarees or made-to-order products
- Perishable goods such as flowers
- Health and personal care items
How to Initiate a Return

- Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how and where to send your saree.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If your refund is delayed, please contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace sarees if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same saree, contact us at [support@pkssilks.com / +91 9876543210].
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your saree, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective saree).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
